2. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At SISTERDREAM, we accept returns for the following reasons:

Incorrect Items
Defective Items

-Items must be unwashed/unworn and in brand new condition.

-Sales items cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund unless it's defective.

-We do not do exchange for free-sized items that does not fit as the measurements are clearly provided on our site

-Defectives or Incorrect Items Must be return to us within 14 days

Material & Colour

We will make every effort to display the material & colors information for each clothing as accurate as possible that appears on the website. The actual product might vary slightly from its photographs shown due to different lightings captured by the photographer or variation with different computer graphic cards and displays.we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.

Once order are confirm please bank in within 24hours

if no the order will automatic cancelled without any inform

Out of stock policy

We make every effort to maintain our inventory . On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order or the item may have just have become "out-of-stock" if the item solu out at our offline store. Should this happen, customer camn request full payment refund or exchange other ready stock item.
